Ch. 17- Personal Selling and Sales Management


              Pandora jewelry has seven basic steps in the personal selling process, generating lead through networking connecting with leads around the world. For the lead to be a great target the lead must be a recognized lead. And assuring there is money available before the product is presented. Leading to the costumes needs, after a solution is proposed, sometimes it can be rejected or accepted. That’s when the negotiation becomes finalized and the sale is closed.
